Additional details of the position are below: Position: BCBA Location: Commerce or Covina, CA Salary: $80.5k-$95k Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00a-5:00p No weekends, hybird or remote opportunities, and ability to create your own schedule! Duration : Direct hire Requirements: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (Bachelor’s required) 1 years of clinical experience, delivering ABA services to diverse clients preferred 1 years of supervision experience, including staff training, mentorship, and performance evaluation preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills preferred Passion for building a team culture where people feel supported, inspired, and at home preferred Bilingual Spanish Preferred but no required Benefits: Total Compensation: $90,000 – $103,000 $3,000 annual tuition reimbursement $1,000 CEU stipend for ongoing certification & growth *Sign on Bonus* In-house CEU events plus $1,000 CEU reimbursement Health benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision (company covers 100% of dental and vision, 90% of medical) Career development and Leadership opportunities Generous time off (DTO) and flexible scheduling 401(K) retirement savings program Mileage and phone reimbursement Employee Assistance Program & Wellbeing resources Great and fun company culture The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations, develops and implements Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programmatic therapeutic services, and develops behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst acts as a program supervisor who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises behavioral service delivery.
