What We Seek

Master’s degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related eld

Active BCBA credential

Illinois licensure or ability to obtain it by October 31, 2025

Strong commitment to ethical practice

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and FBAs, design BIPs, and deliver high-quality intervention

Utilize instructional design to build comprehensive programs for clients

Supervise RBTs, including training and mentoring

Collaborate with school teams, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals

Maintain detailed documentation and data-driven progress tracking

Locations

Hiring for home-based client locations across the Chicagoland area (Northshore, Park Ridge, Glenview, Evanston, and City of Chicago)
