About MBHS
McMillan Behavioral Health and Addiction Services (MBHS) is a community-rooted private practice committed to healing through culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. Based in Ferndale, Michigan, we specialize in serving LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and communities in recovery, with a growing emphasis on outreach to rural and underserved populations across the state.
Our team is deeply engaged in cultural competency and the national conversation around systemic racism and violence toward people of color—especially LGBTQ+ people of color. MBHS is dedicated to expanding access to affirming care for oppressed and marginalized communities.
