Description

As Director, you will provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for EQC’s ABA and DD services. You will oversee program development, supervise future BCBA’s and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), manage client services, and ensure full compliance with BACB standards, Oregon regulations, and Medicaid requirements.

What You Will Lead & Build

Program Development & Growth

• Design, launch, and scale EQC’s ABA and DD service lines
  
• Establish clinical, operational, and administrative frameworks that support sustainable growth
  

Clinical & Ethical Excellence

• Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and service delivery for ABA and DD clients
  
• Ensure services are ethical, evidence-based, and person-centered
  
• Maintain compliance with BACB standards, Oregon Administrative Rules, and Medicaid guidelines
  

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor future BCBA’s and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  
• Foster a culture of accountability, professional development, and clinical excellence
  

Collaboration & Oversight

• Partner with families, caregivers, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
  
• Monitor program outcomes, documentation quality, and service effectiveness

We Are Looking for a Leader Who

• Holds an active BCBA certification and Oregon Behavior Analyst license (or is immediately eligible to obtain one)
  
• Has strong experience (4-7 yrs) working with individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community-based settings
  
• Has demonstrated experience(1-2 yrs)supervising and developing clinical teams
  
• Thrives in an autonomous, growth-oriented leadership role
  
• Brings sound judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical care
  

Compensation & Growth Incentives

• Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 per year
